I tested one stamp, and it's showing on my informed delivery to be delivered today.
They are counterfeit and they work as do most all of them.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

When it seems too good to be true it is.
I guess you could send one to the postal inspectors and they might respond.
If you know someone that works at a USPS P&DC you can have them run it through an AFCS as they would know what to look for.

Would they catch it? So basically anyone selling below USPS cost is counterfeit?

I can't see USPS catching any single mailing. That said I would not use them but that is just me.

I would not say anyone. I believe Costco sells them at a slight discount.

Obviously Costco not the issue. I meant randoms.
My question wasn't if they'd catch the mailing. If I brought the stamp to an inspector, would they be able to tell the difference?

I don't see why not. Hopefully they will care.
