program to easily resize videos?

to resize my pics i use the microsoft powertoy and its a breeze
does anyone know of an easy way to resize videos to share or upload? hd vids are huge!

Picasa might do it, windows movie maker definitely does

super video converter.
You'll have to know how to configure the settings yourself but it can convert just about anything to just about anything else
