Actually saw this earlier on a site that you say is blacklisted  but they left out the details of what exactly had been found wanting in the sofers Y"SH so i decided not to post it.
His ksav is, at first glance, very nice. A little bit older style. Was he regarded as a "Top of the Market" sofer? If so, there are now major questions on your entire TOM supply chain...
OTOH - If the heter ksiva shown from the vaad mishmeres stam is the most recent one he has... you shouldnt have been buying from him for a decade and a half anyway

Are there any CH dealers that sold his stuff? I would expect at least one dealer to give out a statement that they didn't carry his stuff. Is the silence normal for CH?
In truth, they don't even have what to be afraid of, because the badatz did not indicate who has to pay for it, and they don't do dinei Torah so everyone is pretty much off the hook

One of the problems with english is that there really isnt any way of showing "you" lashon rabim. (I know there's always y'all, but I'm from brooklyn not the south!)

Y'all is most definitely plural, other versions above notwithstanding. It can also be singular. Grammer rules in Southern English is about as strict as rules in proper English. There are exceptions to all of them.

Ya'll is still primarily used in the plural even if it is also used in the singular. Those pluralizations aren't strictly necessary and have been added to add even more color and expression to what had become standard, as is wont in the South.

Interestingly I find y'all denotes "all of you" and not "you all"
