Try using a Proxy website...i have used them before to buy deals where the track your IP address

You don't get the free miles if you only sign up for the trial period, per the T&C on the link.

that's what the offer always was,look around. but if you check united.com,they have a 1500 mile offer for joining netflix & another 1500 for using mp visa so you see the general idea

Im not on a free trial they billed me for it. I was wondering if it has to be for a cerain time period.

Also I used my amex card, was I supposed to use United ?
