Yes. I had it twice with no interest. I think it has to be 2 years since closing first time.

They don't have a proper recon dep that you can talk to, they can resubmit your application for a manual review with a new hard pull.

I don't think it should affect it. Call them up and verify.

I'd suggest trying Biz cards as it won't hurt your credit score when you have large balances and don't pay in full at end of the month.
I'd suggest the free biz cards from Chase and Amex. Chase ink cash and chase ink Unlimited and Amex blue biz plus and the Amex blue biz cash. I think they all have 12 month 0 APR. Credit line varies depending on your credit history and declared income

I'd recommend reading this thread if planning to swipe by others to get cash.

100% agree.

I'l also add that there is an extremely high probability that you'll get shut down or F/R by the bank if you suddenly swipe 50-100k - even 100%  legitimate spend -

What are the chances of someone with a Credit Score of 640 getting approved for a 0% APR CC?

And what would be the best card to go for?

Such a score doesn't tell a complete story. What's the reason for the score being there?

I'd say the chances for 0% APR for BT are slim to none. Might get 0% APR on purchases but not on Balance Transfers. And CL is likely to be quite small.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
