Has an original @ Mocha Bleu in Teaneck. The main advantage of being served in a milchig restaurant is the cheddar on the burger. It was absolutely delicious!! Key detail in the article Dan posted:

"The Impossible Burger 2.0 is also gluten-free, hormone-free, antibiotic-free and packed with protein. It will also be available in grocery stores later this year, which is a big deal since the original Impossible Burger could only be found at restaurants."

I assume this to be the reason why I couldn't find any indication of Kashrus certification on Impossible's website. If it's only sold in restaurants, then the certification of the product is almost meaningless.

Thanks. I wish it would list what supervision they have, but it's definitely helpful.

ETA: Some of the locations mentioned seem to be open on Shabbos, so not really sure about the list. But at least I can check the names. Though nothing in Brooklyn.
