Firstly, a real burger, as that is what they are comparing themselves to. That was obviously a flop. Comparing it to other patties, I'd say this one is different, but I prefer the more fake ones that have more taste.

Did you watch the video posted by @bb1836 or go on Impossible's website and read up a bit on it? They claim that this is the protein that gives beef its unique flavor, and got that protein from plant sources.
