Kleenex tissues are cheapest at Costco 13.99 for 2,300 tissues. Reg

The Kleenex tissues available at Costco are, in my experience, not the Ultra Soft (3-ply). I like the Ultra Soft, so I did buy a case at this price. Thanks.

Indeed only 2ply, there was a thread about the Costco tissues being the softest 2 ply out there.
