I would venture to say that Inzelbuch is not charging them. He probably wants to do this for other reasons, and they agreed, being that he represented them in the past.

Spirit offers the best travel times to FL for a Lkwd area family. Many "rich" people fly with them for that reason.

Worry less about traffic OTW to the airport, very fast to gate even without GE, walk from parking 30 seconds and it'll cost you less too.
All in all, flying from ACY is much less of a headache and you don't have to give yourself extra time in case something goes wrong.

There are certain blanket attitudes on this forum that often don't take into account individuals' needs/desires. This crops up when discussing the value of points/miles, and blanket statements like "there is never a good reason to fly Spirit," which is all good and well until you need to book a flight at a busy time for the whole family and all other airlines are either sold out or charging more than 4 times the price, etc.

Exactly this. ACY is great for families. EWR/JFK is a guaranteed headache, while Spirit flights are not usually bad.
