Westin Milan was a very nice hotel and 13.5k points is great deal relative to standard room rates.  We ate at Denzel's restaurant which has a Teudah right on the entrance wall.  It was a very good fleishig meal and very reasonably priced.

So with these cheap fares going around especially to Milan, any recommendations?

Places to stay?
Close to Shul?
Suggesstions?

I didn't see any thread for Milan, but if there is feel free to merge.

We're booked for a week in February. Thinking of catching a cheap flight to Venice/Rome and spending the time there instead..... In the meantime, see links below. Please share anything else you find.

Not nice.
Why should I apologize. I have nothing to apologize for. In a new thread my comments made perfect sense

I will be in Milan for one day in July 2012 and then traveling to Florence and Venice.   Plan on staying at Westin using spg points. Are you saying that there will not be kosher food in the summer? Has anyone stayed in The Westin Palace?
I know it's late but the Westin Palace was really nice and they had phenomenal service. The AC wasn't working in our room so they upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a separate living room. We also arrived around 4 hours early, which was no problem as they let us check in early. All in all, a really enjoyable stay!

Anyone else besides jmansour being in Milan this weekend?

Also, next week sometime I will write of a detailed TR with some good info since there is almost nothing in this thread and i'm sure there is a bunch of people heading there eventually.

I'm actually surprised at the lack of PH MXP reports.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Because there is nothing to do in Milan?

Possibly unless you like cathedrals, churches, etc.. This should be fun.
