Carmel. But it's about a 45-50 minute drive from MXP

Thanks for all the help.
Hope to visit Stresa tomorrow can anyone give a basic rundown of the place?
What is there to see there?
Which attractions to visit or tours to join?
Also being that we’re coming from the alps is it still interesting for us?
Thanks

Any recommendations which hotel to stay in by the airport for the night.  Have a 12 hour stop over in MXP.  Any restaurants deliver there?

Venice might be the easiest. Not sure if there's anything closer.

There’s great a great outdoor shopping mall with very good deals called Serravalle. They even have a day care / school onsite to drop the kids. But given your DDF name ‘Shegold’ you might be in for an expensive couple of hours there if you going with your wife lol….

Not sure how much time you have there but if a few days then you can always drive up to Lake Como it’s gorgeous, you can walk around, take out a boat etc. It’s only like a 45 min drive to the southern part of Lake Como from Milan

Lake Garda, if you're willing to drive 2-3 hrs. Similar sights to Como from what I hear, but less touristy if I understand correctly. Never been to Como.

Youu can take the cable car from Malcesine up Mt. Baldo. You can rent a boat in Malcesine and go out on Lake Garda, depending on the time of year.

You can also drive the Strada della Forra, if you're into nice drives. That's on the other side of Garda, so don't do that and Baldo. Choose one if you just have a day.

I did these 6-7 years ago, though we stayed a few nights in Garda.

Looking to sleep over one night by Lake Como while driving from Davos to Venice, any ideas for hotels? And what can I do considering I'll be there for one day?

I rented with Avis through Capitol One Travel, went smoothly no issues.

Did they require an IDP?
