So I will be in Milan beginning of Feb landing 12:05pm and departing 10:50pm besides eating anything else interesting to do in Milan?

Not much to do. Take a train to the duomo and the fancy shopping center right there and take the citibikes for a half hour spin of the area

We stayed in PH Milan and (since we weren't too interested in the actual city) did day trips to lake como,  the borromean islands, and locarno (just over the Switzerland border and my favorite by far)

We drove along the shore and stopped in a few places (one had a park). You can prob do a boat ride but we didn't as we came too late in the day.
