Thanks! I read that the driving can be scary due to sharp curves on mountains with narrow roads. Is this true or an exaggeration?
went a few years ago but don't remember it being particularly scary

Locarno and Lake Como are nice, definitely worth a visit.

If I only have a few hours on stopover, what's my best option? Where is there easy parking, family friendly, and scenic?
Thanks a lot!

What is there to do at Lake Como?
How long do you need there?

Any of the local restaurants able to do delivery to mxp?

Park Hyatt is great. 3 days are a lot for Venice, spend a day in Milan. Trains are much faster.

3 days are a lot for Venice, spend a day in Milan.
You can do a day trip from Venice out to Padua and/or other close towns.  There's some Jewish history.

Is any DDFer in the US planning to be at the Westin Milan Palace anytime in the next few months?  I left a wind-breaker there, which I would like back, but I’m not willing to pay the €55 to ship it back.    You would surely be shaliach mitzvah.  Please PM me.

Not sure if still active, but the Red Cross had free testing at the major train stations throughout Italy. You had to get there earlier in the day though as they had a cap of 2-3k tests.
