T-Mobile Alternatives
« on: March 12, 2019, 12:21:09 PM »
Anyone know a company that offers comparable or better family plans than T_mobile, that include free international data and internet?

I am now paying $140/m for 4 lines, but I am looking to switch and hopefully lower my bill / maybe even get prepaid

Calculate how much you will actually use text and data internationally sometimes it's even cheaper than free

Please explain?
For example if you can get verizon for $100 a month and $10 a day for international

12x$100 = $1200
Vs
12x$140= $1680

You have 48 days for international roaming

If you only travel 20 days you saved $280

Basically you should not decide on a plan just on the international roaming

I explained in theory that you have to factor in the "additional" cost for international roaming as opposed to simply deciding on a plan that offers "free" roaming

The only mnvo that I know of that has international roaming is ultra mobile , operates on T-Mobile network. You have to load money in advance and they charge .25 per minute , I am not sure about data

Would you happen to know. If I add a new line to the free account in the middle of the year. Do I get a full year of free service on the new line or it will end together with the first active line ?
