cheap flights to Israel

there is cheap flights nyc-tlv 03/05 and then tlv-nyc 03/12 for only $466
saw it on kayak with Norwegian airlines.

Probably no checked bags included. Also, Norwegians financial situation is very shaky.

Bags cost 78$ per way per person. Also phone rep told me you get a carry on and personal item weighing 10 kg TOTAL, although have no idea how strict they r on this in JFK
