I have 10 percent back offer for Staples on my AMEX SPG.  Do you think the gift card will qualify for ten percent back?

Can some please explain how do liquidate these visa GC with MOs?

Find a store that sells MOs with debit cards, use 4 $200 cards per transaction, either deduct the MOs fee or pay it in cash. For eg in my are MO fee is .88c, so if I am buying $800 I tell them I need an MO for $799.12   Might be easy or almost impossible, depending on where you live.

A) This isn’t a bulk gift card order.
B) Amex says a lot of things it’s what they enforce that you need to worry about.
