I'm not really understanding this - have you seen this with an OU on it? If so, I have no problem ordering it based on your say so.

But if you have not seen this with an OU then I dont want to order it and then have to deal with returning it if it shows up without a hashgacha.

No, not this particular one.
But based on the company it does have an Hashgacha. While I wouldn't rely on them to EAT it, I definitely would take a chance to order it.

Agree - without an OU on the label or an LOC from the OU, I would not eat it. But I also don't like asking Amazon to return anything based on a lack of hashgacha as that really seems like something that is more of a consumer mistake than their mistake.

BTW - the posted link shows that this is a smores flavor. Any time that marshmallow is involved you need to wonder about whether there is a reason that the specific product has no hashgacha (even if others do).
