Surprised United hasn't made it to the top (or 2nd place) in any of the categories, considering it is the most promoted airline on DDMS (maybe that's due to their partnership with Chase?)
Though, American Airlines did rank from the lowest in almost every category, which reflects why it's the most bashed US carrier on DDMS...

So much naarishkeit.

Delta is best operationally.
United is the best for MileagePlus.
AA is terrible at both.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

True.
But especially since today one can earn far more airline miles from cc spending than through flying, operations is probably more significant for most. (And if you're gonna answer "elite status", who needs to be an elite on an airline they rarely fly due to being a failure operationally? Not specifically UA - just in general)

You forgot about redeeming miles.... That's the main point... Earning is all pretty much the same.

It seems like the rankings were all about the operational side of things ... on time arrivals, how long the plane was sitting on the tarmac etc which is great however it did not touch on the soft product.
On the other hand the soft product is much more personalized based on individual experiences.
