I didn't personally go, but I know multiple people that went on the frum ones. They do have trips during bein hazmanim.

If let's say you didn't want to do something were they ok with it? Meaning if let's say they want to hike up a mountain and you simply couldn't do it or go swimming in some lake and you don't know how to swim.

Ezra is the frum program, so it is separate and therefore the male ones are a bunch of yeshiva guys (people make their own groups so the crowds range very much)

Groups are separate in Ezra World, and yes they do give you free time but not a lot, around 1 hour a day. Yes you do have to stick with your group which wasn't a problem for me because we didn't have any "boring" activities. Food was 100% kosher at least to my standards. Hotels can be bad but we got pretty lucky. Food is always great. Lunch u have to pay out of your pocket because that is eaten on ur free time during the day. Go during the summer winter is a waiste imo. A lot of hiking if you can't handle it don't go. I went with a friend, I highly recommend doing that because people on the trip may not be ur "type". Birthright is telling me that a 14 day trip to Israel with their US seminary would make them ineligible for a  Birthright trip but their website seems ambiguous at best.

University Trips
Applicants who traveled to Israel after turning 18 on programs including gap year programs, to attend University or study abroad semesters/programs, yeshiva & seminary, as well as any program under the umbrella of Onward Israel or Masa are not eligible.
