Air Canada Business class error fares? $1,600 NYC-TLV, $1,100-$1,300 Europe

Crazy cheap business class fares to Israel with air Canada. $1,600. Scattered dates, many in February-March. 1,100 to Switzerland, and many other European countries. Seems valid from other North American gateways, too.

Is this a business flex or basic business class?
