Searching for Stopovers
« on: September 14, 2011, 11:52:29 AM »
Is there a site or easy way to search for flights that have stopovers in other cities?

E.G.
If I want to fly from Florida to NYC but I would like to stop somewhere on the way.

Or if I am researching prices of tickets from one destination to another and its cheaper if I buy 2 one ways with a stopover in the cities I want to stay in.

TIA

Search the forums for hidden city. You would use ita matrix.

I don't think that's what he wants. I think he wants the stop before his destination.

The second question sounded like hidden city to me.

Google flights and for that matter kayak too allow you to check boxes to choose which stopover cities to view. But for anything more than that you will need ita.

Is the idea to use, for example an award tix, and hop on and off flights seeing as much places as possible, such as I did.

see http://www.dansdeals.com/forums/index.php?topic=8814.msg113650#msg113650

If thats the case, let me know, and I will try to help.
