I personally have never been successful clicking on these links to check if you're eligible for the offer, unless it pops up on my amazon account. All i get is 'Sorry, you're not eligible for this offer.' I would just wait for the pop up on page...  The last amex and chase offers both popped up on my amazon page on smartphone's chrome browser.
