like when some buys a coin "at $100 over purchase price" can we agree it includes the $5 shipping charge?

It's just a hold that will not stay. You will be charged again in October. This happened with the first two Morgans back in May

Unless the buyer specifies I would not assume they're paying shipping. If a buyer is buying multiple coins and would rather walk away from a deal where the seller in good faith thought $4.95 shipping would be paid, that's surprising but it is their prerogative, I guess that's true the other way around too.

I agree to have a standard but would prefer that be to just name the price you are buying or selling your coin for. Not everyone did $5 shipping. It shouldn't even matter what I paid for the coin.
Just say you are buying/selling x many coins at $y each

I hate selling anything on eBay. The only downside is when I wanted to WW2 silver coin, no one wanted to ship it when I asked around so I ended up buying it on eBay
