@yomill97 is great - and I plan to continue to use him when possible; but one thing to keep in mind- high denomination checks (had this with $8k check, but not a $4900 check) from his buyer (at least the one in the Lakewood area) are flagged by Chase and it took ~10 days to clear. In the future I'll deposit it a different bank.

Thanks. If you have issue with checks, let me know. Sometimes my guy has to call the bank to clear the check.
