Pinehurst is a little different - you get a notification on coins they are interested in, but not a pre-purchase commitment from them. You email them after the order and they email you back a PO - at this point it is committed. Also, they don't cover shipping - either you ship it yourself or buy a label from them for $60.

That depends on where you live, how big your package is, whether you’re insuring it (highly recommended especially if it’s more money than you can easily afford to lose), and wether you somehow have access to shipping discounts.
