sent  the coin to Ngc to be graded 2 weeks ago and it just came back as grading it a er70? how does that make sense ? I thought  I missed the early release time frame?

If the box was still sealed and post marked from the mint within 30 days of release, they count it as first strike.

It means that when they open the sealed box and the packing slip inside from the mint shows an order date or shipping date within 30 days of release.

  Now the question is for my 3 "Sealed" Boxes is it worth the gamble to send them In and hope for all 3 to get An ER70 and flip them? Or sell them sealed and take what I get?

Correct. As long as the box is sealed. Although someone upthread said that it won’t work for NGC, apparently from Pesach’s post,  it does.

my guess is 1k. 

50% chance it's a 70. 
plus they'd have to grade it.
