Unless you get a confirmation, order acknowledgement doesn't mean anything. This is based on my previous experience

They can still cancel anytime before it actually ships
Confirmation email and 24 hrs later is usually good

Possibly, but there is the risk of the buyer claiming you shipped the wrong coin or something else.
