Great product.

Customer service/ competence, imo, was always an issue- as in, always.

Hopefully. part of their restructuring will address this.

Let's hope they stay open, and grow from this.

Why?
Breakage. There is an assumption that some percentage will never be redeemed. The longer the card goes without being used the more likely it is to never be used.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

I guess they should just update their hours. Most cafes don't open until much later.

Balance sheet, yes. Cash flow, not.

I don't know what's going on with this company, but in general:
--It's true, that cash flow/liquidity are often a catalyst/prerequisite to bankruptcy (i.e. a company can survive a long time with high levels of debt leverage, if there is sufficient cash flow).
--Except that (1) a company may struggle to refinance maturing debt if liabilities are high and (2) loans can have financial covenants tied to liabilities that create an event of default, even if cash flow remains ok.

My unsolicited business advice.
Food is great but so many stuff on the menu arent available.
But the biggest deterrent is: THE MASSIVE WAIT. At my local location I wait forever for them to make my food.
Its also done downstairs so I cant even see the spread and topping options for sandwiches or the salad options to choose from. I get it that they are shooting for upscale presentation but the losses outweigh the gains here big time. A nice menu on the wall wouldnt hurt either. Most of the clientele are aspirational foodies/gourmets we dont need a 5 star  michelin presentation for a cafe.

In that case, we CERTAINLY don't need 5 stars!

Thanks, see they closed more locations already, Is it a sure thing that the gift cards will stop working at one point? or as long as stores are open it will work there?

For now they're working. Just use it in the near future, and don't hold onto it too long...

I believe they produce the baked goods in one location and then have it delivered to the individual branches. If theyre stopping to make them then how much time until they're all gone...?

Are there any updates about whether I can use the GC in store or online?
I keep hearing different things.
Anyone tried the Patis on Ave M and use the GC? Also, do they have a lot of products?
I am still in Israel and will be visiting Brooklyn in about 2-3 weeks.

Thank you very much.
Do they have a wide selection? Is there a way I can see what's on their menu before I get there?
