Are there any updates about whether I can use the GC in store or online?
I keep hearing different things.
Anyone tried the Patis on Ave M and use the GC? Also, do they have a lot of products?
I am still in Israel and will be visiting Brooklyn in about 2-3 weeks.
I was there earlier today. GC's were fine.

IMO the Kalamata Olive Sourdough was amazing.
I always wondered who likes pieces of fruit or veggies baked into their sourdough. I know Lechem has it also. I find it extremely off-putting, to cut bread and have streaks of olives or garlic cloves getting caught on the knife.

But I guess people like it, because otherwise they would stop making it. Oh, they DID stop making it...

It so happens that I don't particularly like "breads with fruit or veggies." (Besides, veggies in bread are completely different from fruits in bread, but okay.) Also, I generally cannot stand — or to put it stronger, I actually hate olives. UGH...

I found myself somewhere, and what they had was "Patis's Kalamata olive sourdough." I figured I'd give it a try, and surprisingly, I really liked it, even though I can't stand olives.

Also, the Patis in Brooklyn still makes the kalamata olive sourdough... I even picked one up today.

I think that even those who don't like olives often like kalamata olives. They are much milder and more 'mainstream' IMO.

Could be...

I can't remember the last time a whole olive entered my mouth.

I can't even stand the smell...

On uber eats, the sandwiches/paninis are $3 cheaper because the salad is now an add-on. Interesting move

Basically means no salad included, buying it separately cost more than $3. IME this is also applicable in store, not just via app.

Exactly. I wonder about this decision if it'll help or hurt sales
