spoke to a customer service rep who told me that i have 60 days from when charge is posted to cancel card and receive a full refund.

Is this true? I was under the impression that I only have 30 days to get full refund.

41 to be exact. 60 days is to downgrade.

just to clarify for future readers ---- a user can only get a full refund within 41 days of AF being charged regardless of downgrading or cancelling the card completely. after that time, you receive a prorated refund dated back to when AF was charged ($37.50 per month).
