it doesn't sound like a great deal, but you could do a lot worse.

that's what I mean.

I have rented there numerous times (with other codes, not CHA), and that is about the cheapest I've gotten. So I say it isn't great, because with CHA, I would think you could do better. But you could do a lot worse.

I almost always rented from enterprise. I once rented Avis when I used priceline- they gave me a mustang!

I believe that priceline clearly states that you may be charged extra for underage.

ok i looked it up quote from priceline.com

"Minimum Age Requirements

Priceline.com offers car rentals to drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 years old in select locations. Rentals for drivers between the ages of 18 and 20 are available in New York only. Enter the details of your trip and we'll tell you if we can fulfill your request.

Those companies that allow renters under the age of 25 charge Young Renter Fees. These fees typically start at $20 per day and can be as much as $50 per day for high cost locations or more desirable car types. For example, a rental car that normally costs $30 per day could cost an underage driver at least $50 per day.

With priceline.com, you should include these additional fees in your offer price. If your request is accepted, you will not be charged any additional Young Renter Fees at the rental counter.

Please note: All drivers will be required to present a valid driver's license in order to pick up a vehicle and each driver's age will be verified at the rental counter. If the driver's age was misrepresented during the offer process, the driver will be subject to underage fees at the rental counter.

If we are not able to fulfill your request and you still need a rental, click here to see other options from our partners who rent to drivers under the age of 25. To prevent surprises, be sure to inquire about the Young Renter Fees that will be charged to you at the rental counter."

After you get the search results you will see on top of the page “Save up to 40% on your rental car when you Name Your Own Price” click on that, you will be able to place your bid there.

when i go onto priceline.com i see under the flight search that you can save up to 40% on car rentals - name your own price. so i click bid now, and i put the location info etc... in and it gives me set prices (from the websites) - there is no option for me to name my own price anywhere! ??

ok i just tried that and it worked. thanx. but i was always wondering how it works, i never did it before. after u name ur price and they tell what what the total is, many times itll come out very cheap! is there a catch? as well as flights - ive seen some real cheap stuff, whats the catch?

Once you place a bid if you win you most take it. For car rentals I don’t think there is a catch (I did it a few times never had a problem), for flights you chose the date but they could give you a flight between 6am – 10pm and they could give you a stopover up to 3 hours.

With rentals, you can't even change the time, and the rental companies don't feel like giving you any customer service.

Do they charge additional driver fees?   Can you use Priceline for rentals in Israel?

A few times I got a good deal, defiantly worth a try. Check out this link for recent winning bids:
