BA wet lease from Air Belgium
« on: January 31, 2019, 05:23:06 PM »
I’ve noticed BA flights from EWR to LHR will be operated by Air Belgium for April-May. Anyone have info or experience with them? Should I prefer BA metal? (From their website, it looks like a they only have seasonal flights from Brussels to Hong Kong. They probably lease the planes when they’re not in use)

Other than that, this is probably positive in terms of the passenger experience.

Air Belgium’s A340s have fully flat staggered seats in business class, which I’d say are better than British Airways’ 2-3-2 business class seats on the 787, and especially better than their 2-4-2 business class seats on the 777.

Thanks. Is the food going to be BA’s or their own?
