While he may be a good lawyer, why would you recommend him? Price? Does he have "connections" in this particular court?

I doubt he's cheap and I would assume he has zero connection in a NJ court 1+ hours away from his office CMIIW. (Besides the fact that his price takes into account close to 3 hours of driving)
