You can either request a new card when calling in as lost/stolen, or request an AU.

Had this issue. Called 8‌66-38‌3-4‌713 and they resolved it with phone and email verification.

Any spend that is done on an AU card will trigger credits on the main account, unless it's a credit the AU has itself, which in the case of a green AU, would be nothing (GE if BP AU)
