It sounds almost too good to be true.If you stay in a $175/night Hyatt for 2 nights with this the total price out of pocket would be just $50?Any terms here that I'm missing?

10K will get you $200 off a 2 night stay, but it's only good at domestic Grand Hyatts and Hyatt Regencys excluding GH NYC. Should be good at Hyatt 48Lex.Not bad I guess if you can deal with the restrictions.
