If you stay in a $175/night Hyatt for 2 nights with this the total price out of pocket would be just $50?

it actaully seems like its 100 off a two night stay not 100 of each night and only at certain hotels  here is from the hidden T&C

10K will get you $200 off a 2 night stay, but it's only good at domestic Grand Hyatts and Hyatt Regencys excluding GH NYC.  Should be good at Hyatt 48Lex.
