How is this working for everyone this year? The process seems like it may have changed since 2019, because my cards came with activation codes on the same page the cards were stuck to (so I assume no separate letter will come) and yet they still don't work. Tried activating them as per letter instructions and tried activating them by calling the number recommended in the staples reviews (different orders)...
