i just explained to them the if i were to cancel the card and reapply i would get a bounus, and they just gave it to me

Update: I called and told them the same. CSR told me the most she can just give me is 3000. She saw my account in good standing and was happy to give me them. As for me canceling and applying for a new card, she told that the 10k signup is only once in a lifetime.. is this true? I told her that shes wrong.

Now, should I call back and ask again? and get another 3(assuming that thats all she's really allowed to give)? or continue with my original story?

Also, she mentioned that the points wouldn't come until next cycle, that being the case, if I asked a different CSR for points again, would they see this posting (even though it probably didn't post yet) ??

ive gotten only 4 starwood cards- and only on 3 ive gotten the 10k bonus.... they tell you u cant get it- which is what happened to me the second time i got the card... but ive learnt better since. and actually they come automatically now!
