Spoke to Raw heblin. He is not giving Hechsher anymore as of tomorrow. Told me level of kashruth is going down in new location and he would compare it to rabanut. I asked him if he would eat it and he said no. New hashgoche will be rabbi apel of Frankfurt. Don't know who he is

Of course. It is not conclusive in and of itself but is a good starting point. (besides that politics is not so terrible if someone compromises in order to keep a client. Kashrus is.) I would not have eaten either one without doing my own due diligence as I have done for every KSML that has been applicable for myself or my children. As it happens, i have never done on this specific one.

Of course. It is not conclusive in and of itself but is a good starting point. (besides that politics is not so terrible if someone compromises in order to keep a client. Kashrus is.) I would not have eaten either one without doing my own due diligence as I have done for every KSML that has been applicable for myself or my children. As it happens, i have never done on this specific one.

Sohar dropped Havlin. The story has been ongoing for a couple of weeks.

I personally know Havlin (used to be a regular at my Shabbos table when he was in 770), and Mrs. Sohar once stayed at my house when she came as a guest of one of the FRA Shluchim for the shluchos convention.

If I really cared (a-la @aygart’s approach above) I would look deeper into this, just like I just did for the KSML served by IB ex-MAD (deemed unacceptable).

I will post info as I get it, but not going to drop regular programming to thoroughly research this (conversation at the Mikva this morning doesn’t count).
