The Head shliach (Alevsky) has had 2 strokes and the Rov (Chaikin) remains the shul Rabbi, but as they age we need a couple to fill the gaps as outlined in the PDF for a fast growing young community.

Itís not clear from the pdf what the new shliachs responsibility would be regarding fundraising, is that part of the job? if yes is it immediate, or develop over time? or is it strictly programming/education with salaries being covered by Rabbi Alevesky.

Salary would be guaranteed for an initial period of 2 years. After that would be up for negotiation.

From who/where can he fund-raise? is anyone off limits? It would be recommended to have a framework for the transition after 2 years as well (this is from my experience). There are people that help work through these points as well as anticipate other potential areas for concern, would highly recommend to do so. feel free to pm if you want to discuss further.

Nothing is off-limit from my understanding, but even after 2 years there would still be a salary. It would just be up for negotiation and possibly more reliant on fundraising.
This is a bit of a unique situation as the salary is coming from the community...
