What happened to the Marley coffee thread?

There was one that had
Marley Coffee Single Serve K-cup Capsules, Buffalo Soldier, Dark Roast, Keurig Brewer Compatible, 24 Count (Pack of 4)
and when you got your S&S order, it was only 1 box.  Others reported getting refunded.
I've been chatting with Amazon and she's insiting that it means the 24 pods will be packed in 4 packs.
I brought proof of other orders that "pack of X" means that many copies of the item ordered.  The Shout Triple-Acting Liquid Refill 60 fl oz. (Pack of 6) that I didn't recieve yet she says will only contain 1 bottle.
I had to leave my computer, so we left it at a stalemate.


Do I now call and talk to a rep?

I called.
Got a great rep. She sent me a replacement order for next day delivery.
Which again was only 1 box of 24 pods. She called me back after it was delivered to follow up and refunded my original order.
She then also took care of a problem I had with an unrelated order.
