Did similar trip (Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Teton) many years ago, for two weeks.  What kind of info are you looking for?

anything and everything....
where and how do i start to plan for something like this?
we are bh, family of 9, 2 adults 7 kids....
im thinking of making this a 2.5-3 week trip
dont want to rush through it, but enjoy it.
how did you manage with kosher foods?
where did you spend shabbat?
flew in and out of same airport?

again any and all info would be appreciated
