They aren’t. The packages I got used a name and address combo that was unique to my amazon orders. And it wasn’t to my home address either.

are u saying u never used that combo on any other retail site?

The orders never came with a packing slip.
I spent an hour reading to them every single marking on the box including the tracking number and the LPN and they could never find the order. Went through all the escalations as well.

they found which account was used for the order but of course couldnt provide it to me "for security reasons" ha how funny. i did get a first name though.. anyways i contacted customer service and they said they are investigating...

Nope. Tried asking a few times.
Why Amazon ships out orders without packing slips, I have no idea.

Open Google maps.  reduce so you can see the entire country. put your cursor on any spot.  Now zoom in. Move your cursor off the national parks near a crossroads. Keep zooming.  move your cursor to to a populated area that has lines of crossstreets.  zoom all the way.  click on any house. An address will appear.
Copy the address and Google it. With minimum work, you can find out who lives there.
Voila! You now have a name and address. 
Not so strange that someone has your public information.

btw just noticed it has my cell phone number on the label, so def not random
