yes- by signing in with your tmobile account you create an mlb tv login- you can use that on ipads/phones/computers etc. (as an aside- last season you were allowed to have your 1 login on two devices watching games in two different locations at the same time - which is great for friends or family who dont have tmobile - just give them the login info for mlbtv account.)

Seems to be an issue with this not showing up in the iPhone app. I called up and they said to login on a browser at https://www.t-mobiletuesdays.com. It worked for me.
