AA has already lost all of it. That PHL flight was the go-to one for people in my part of the country. If anyone still really wants OneWorld flights, they have 1-stop options on BA from all around the country.  Honestly, adding a UA flight from Chicago would have been nice, but I’m not sure it would have gotten them any more feeder business, as lots of people go through IAD, EWR and even backtrack a little to SFO, as it is.

El Al Israel Airlines from late-March 2020 plans to launch Tel Aviv – Chicago O’Hare service, announced earlier this week. From 22MAR20, this route will be served by a mix of Boeing 787-8 and 787-9, 3 times a week.

Following schedule is effective 29MAR20.

I guess they are expecting less Shomer Shabbos traffic on Thursdays ORD-TLV, hence 788 on Thursdays vs 789 on Sundays and Tuesdays.

I was thinking the same, but I guess there are just that many midnight slots available ex-TLV, and they have to figure out the turnaround at ORD. The way they have it set up now the plane turns around in less than 3 hours. They need to take into consideration a departure time that will work for them too (especially for the Thursday departure).
