At least IMHO.  Curious about others.

Personally, you're preaching to the choir. However, i'd be mighty curious, too, as emotion trumps logic about... 101% of the time.

maybe tell them that your willing to drive german cars

LOL!

I've done well with upgrades but often have to work hard to get the extra bump. (And I have turned down a 3-series in Orange County but only because I had four adults). I book full size and end up with Towncars most often occasionally an Infiniti G. But, like Dan, I too recent celebrated the birth of my first child. My wife, unlike Dan's, is not a frequent traveler and packs like a long-term mover. With the carseat, stroller, and extra luggage entow I have to push for something bigger when I arrive.

SNA - Aug upgd to a Taho from full.
OGG - Sep Caravan from full
KOA - Sep Equanox from full
LIG -Sep Yukon XL from full

As a chairman I could definitely benefit from curbside and only having to res intermediate

People usually know its rented, so they think: lucky guy, what an upgrade, vs buying where you specifically chose for german.

That said, when I get a decent German car as a rental, trust me, the car is worth less after using it...   :P

What annoyed me, is the fact that one wants to cancel the whole point of not driving a german car, as if there is no valid reason to it.
Obviously I don't look down on people that drive a german car, however, those people also very well understand why someone wouldn't buy a german car.
