Sleep In
Late check-out will be offered to Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers when available.
However, when I booked a 10 night stay at the Hudson NYC I received 2 "free" nights I was happy at first but when I checked hotels.com I realized that I paid only $75.59 cheaper over the hotels.com price and yes the price included all tax and fees.
When I called the SBE/Chase number as shown on the website the rep had nothing to say and told me to call chase. When I called chase they had no idea what I am talking about. I went on with the booking after all due to the $30 food and drink voucher and the free bfast which came to a value of around $300 alone but I was not happy with the bait and switch tactic that the Chase Sapphire brand is involved with.
