Only if it's a Tesla, and pressing the pedal is grama. If you want to be really machmir you can install a shabbos switch between the pedal and motor.
A gas car you can't press the pedal because then itll be like adding oil to a lamp (or tilting it).
Your saying this with sarcasm while you give it a few years and you won't believe it.
But on a serious note lihalacha there is nothing wrong with something that has no issur at all and 100% permissible to do, for example eating cake and cookies on pesach which are not chometz or turning on a light on shabbos which has no issur at all.
And now opening bottles in a permissible way, it's the same for example if we only knew of toilet paper that was in a roll without the perforated sheets and now all the sudden someone came out with preforated shabbos tissues of toilet paper no need to have to rip it before shabbos.
Bh that there's new ways for one to enjoy a shabbos without being oiver on any issurim.
