This is done the old way. Where you go to a goyishe place and do your shechita. They take whatever isn't Glatt, as to them it's no different that their non-kosher slaughtering.
As a matter of fact, I recall once hearing the Shochet who's shechting here lament the fact that Shechita is done in Jewish owned places, do it by a goy, and there's no problem if it's not 100% glatt, the goy will take it for his purposes.
I have a friend who used to raise poultry, sheep & cattle on a farm up near Sidney, NY. He would sell the animals at livestock auctions as this was really a side thing for him.
He was once approached by someone who wanted to buy a cow and have it shechted. My friend is frum and he was on board...until the shochet came and shechted the cow and after inspection said that the cow was a treifah.
The buyer then wanted to back out. I dont know what the end result was, but from that point on my friend only sold his animals to standard slaughterhouses.
