anyway to get Platinum quickly? through credit cards? multiple reservations?

Yes multiple reservations (and stays) You need 25 stays, or 50 nights. You may be able to challenge. That info should be somewhere in this topic.

What is a challenge, I'm not platinum on anything else.

If you can get a third [consecutive] day free, you might be able to convince someone at the hotel desk to let you 'stay' the first two nights for 1/2 price - without using a room at all. The hotel loses nothing, since you still pay for one hotel day - but I think it would count as three days towards platinum.
