I highly recommend using this tape, and this tape for use in taping/covering up in your kitchen (and elsewhere).
They don't leave a residue?
foil tape makes my pesach every year. easy on, lasts and easy off

Also griding the Chrein is much easier with a good food processor.

I guess when it comes to equipment, it makes a huge difference as to what your Pesach menu looks like. For example, I can't imagine any use for a mixer in our Pesach kitchen. But definitely have use for a good food processor, a good manual citrus juice squeezer, and can make good use of a blender (for fruit smoothies).
A good food processor may have a juicer attachment.

I find the cheaper ones come with a juicer attachment and a whole bunch of other attachments you'll never use. As opposed to the more expensive ones.
I'm not who you think I am.

That toy might work if you're trying to squeeze 2 lemons. Not when you need to squeeze 3 dozen lemons, a case and a half of oranges, and two cases of grapefruit. For serious citrus squeezing you want a good commercial type manual squeezer.

And most important. Don't underestimate the amount of Schmaltz needed. Every year I have friends and family begging me for some as they didn't buy enough! You can never have too much Schmaltz!
Can you get schmaltz from a cow?

Unless OP is on the Chabad plan, he won't be squeezing quite so much. I'm on the modified Chabad plan, and I only squeeze about half a case of lemons.  No OJ or GJ.  We drink water, LJ and iced tea.

We don't do iced tea, peeling the tea leaves is too difficult.

Try using the tomato peeler.

We don't drink lemon juice, my kids just to my like for it as a flavor enhancer to an entirely new level and douse all their food with it (they actually like to snack on lemons with salt, go figure).

Was at a restaurant recently, where the service was very slow. My 3 year old in his hunger went around the table pulling the lemons from all the drinks and proceeded to suck them dry. He claimed that he liked it. (He still occasionally asks for a lemon to eat  ::))

You need to treat them the same as tomatoes. Put them in boiling water for a a bit, take them out and the peels should come right off :)

Do you really do that for tomatoes? Seems extremely counter productive.

My family used to. 30 seconds to a minute (quick blanch). Just enough to get the peel softened but not the actual tomato.

Not sure what the current procedures are (haven't been there in a few years).

Wouldn't hot water be considered cooking to a degree and everything on the surface will now be considered inside the fruit?

It's done before pesach when it would be batul b'shishim.

You peel all your tomatoes before Pesach?

All the ones you don't want to have to sit and peel (enough for the first days at least).

It's an interesting idea,

I guess once we finish all the Kashering and all else which needs to be done before Sof Zman Biur, if there's spare time we'll start with the tomatoes.
